Delivery Timelines

Version 2.0 · Effective 28 October 2026 · Contact contact@kekere.online

This page explains how work and money move on Kekere. Job payments are direct bank transfers between the client and the tradesman.

There is no escrow and no automatic payment release. The client pays after the work is complete.

Chat opens when a bid is accepted. It is the place to agree dates, access and materials. Payments do not happen inside chat.

If the tradesman never confirms, the payment stays pending. Kekere does not mark it paid automatically.

The client should only send money to the account shown on the completed job.

3. Credits

Credits (Kekere's bidding currency) are separate from job payments.

If checkout fails, Paystack's message is shown. A purchase is only marked paid after Paystack confirms it.

One credit is spent when a bid is submitted. Withdrawing or losing a bid does not return the credit.

4. Disputes

A dispute is a record for support review. It does not pause or move money.

  • The client can record a dispute from a completed job.
  • The client can attach details and optional photos.
  • Support can review the record and flag or suspend the tradesman.
  • A refund is not guaranteed, because the money went directly to the tradesman.
  • We do not publish a resolution time.

5. If something is wrong

If a payment is missing, first check your bank statement and the job's payment status. If you still need help, email contact@kekere.online with the job title, amount, date and any transfer reference.
